BEING FUN WITH T-SHIRT TRANSFER PRINTING IN SUMMER

In summer, everyone wants to wear cool and comfortable. T-shirt must be the best choice. You can DIY your t-shirts so that they cannot be so boring and you can also have fun with iron-on transfers! Iron-on transfers allow you to easily decorate clothes and other fabrics, resulting in a truly unique, new item. All you'll need are some fabrics, decals, iron-on tape, and an iron!

Steps
1.Buy a transfer. You can buy transfers at sublihouse.com.
2.Create your own transfer.
Find or create an image you want to use for the transfer. You can scan an image into your computer, find one on the internet, or create one in a software program.
Manipulate the image. Using basic image editing software, you can resize your image, add effects, change colors, or do whatever you want until it's just right. Use your editing program to mirror the image so that it comes out correctly on the fabric you transfer it to.
Print the transfer.
Print a test page on plain paper, and when you're sure it's how you want it, print it onto a piece of transfer paper. Make sure to load the transfer paper so that the image will print on the correct side (this should be clearly marked).
3.Lay out the fabric.
Place the t-shirt (or other cloth to which the image will be transferred) on a hard, flat surface, and smooth out any wrinkles with the iron. The work surface should be heat resistant and should be large enough to accommodate the entire area of the transfer with a little room to spare.
4.Place the transfer image-side down on the fabric.
Put the transfer on the cloth precisely where you want the image to be. Be sure you have the image facing the fabric.
5.Place brown paper inside the shirt directly under the transfer paper.
Unless you want the image to be printed on both sides of a shirt (if that's what you're transferring the image to), you'll need to put something between the front and back.
6.Iron on the transfer.
Carefully read the instructions given with the transfer paper. Set the iron to the designated temperature, and wait for it to warm up. Move the iron in large circles on top of the transfer paper. Start by focusing on the outside of the image, and gradually move toward the center. Be sure to apply adequate pressure for an adequate amount of time for ten seconds (see the transfer paper instructions), but keep the iron moving to prevent scorching.
7.Wait for the image to cool. Turn off the iron when finished and let the image cool for a few minutes.
8.Remove the backing from the transfer paper. Gently peel the backing off of the fabric.
9.Care for your project properly. Wash and dry the cloth on a cool setting only. If the transfer was done to clothing, turn the article of clothing inside out before washing.

HEAT PRESS MACHINE SUBLIMATION PRINTING FOR SNEAKERS

Valentino 2016 fashion show has given us the young age. A beautiful dress can also match sneakers.

Technology is sexy. Orthotics, those inserts you put in your shoes to fix your hurting feet, aren’t even close to being sexy. But what happens when you bring in a wicked-smart woman, an iPad and a printer to solve the problem of design versus comfort? You disrupt an industry and sexy happens.
People Footwear has just introduced a line of sneakers made with a printed mesh which seem, and this is more the exception than the rule when it comes to printing shoes, like something you could actually wear.

One of the first issues you might find is that not all polyester fabric and garments are created equally. Just because the tag says it is 100% polyester does not mean that a garment is going to sublimate well. If you go talk to a typical t-shirt manufacturer and ask them if their shirts are sublimate, they will say “sure, it is 100% polyester.” Then go ahead and ask them if they know what sublimation actually is or how it is done?
Most of them will not, they just know people are asking them for sublimate shirts and they have a polyester version of their cotton counterpart. Some garments might have too low of a thread count, surface treatments that will affect the transfer or low white points. I’d suggest that you test all garments before committing to use that type of performance fabric with a customer. I would also be wary of accepting customer supplied garments without being able to test them first.
The other issue I frequently address is when the digital transfer substrate imprints a permanent line onto the garment. This happens because the heat needed to transfer items onto polyester and the accompanying pressure actually makes the polyester melt and it conforms to the edge of the transfer carrier. The way to eliminate this is through a little bit of trial and error, but a there are a few key points will make narrowing this down easier. The new issue could be that you see the heat press mark on the garment so at that point you have way too much pressure. The better way to eliminate this mark is by using a piece of high temperature foam.

This foam will need to be cut to at least ½” smaller than the transfer carrier sheet, but it also must be bigger than the image area being transferred. Before pressing stick the foam into your heat press towards the edge so you can see it.
Adjust the pressure on your heat press so the foam compacts to about half of its normal thickness. This will give you a good amount of pressure while not pushing down so hard as to imprint the transfer carrier’s edge. You will have to do your own testing to find your exact right temperature and pressure, but ideally you want the least amount of pressure and least amount of heat to still be able to get a clean, vibrant and washable transfer.
Polyester performance fabrics are here to stay and as a garment decorator you need to be able to create these for your customers. While they can present some new challenges, they can also bring much higher profit margins and much less competition as not all decorators can master performance fabric. Placing digital transfers onto performance fabrics is a worthwhile investment one you understand what you need to be successful. Happy Decorating!

CUSTOM MADE DIFFERENT STYLES OF SUBLIMATION UNIFORMS

Can I use my own logo in my design?
Definitely! Sublimation paper is the perfect format to incorporate gym or company logos, or mascot images. If you have a specific logo you want to use, please be prepared to email a hi-resolution (300 ppi) image, in either vera@ink-sublimation.com. Additional artwork charges may apply if you are providing your own artwork.

Sublimation offers limitless color options for your logo, along with plenty of room to showcase sponsors and player names. In Dye Sublimation your image will be printed with a special ink onto a sheet of transfer paper. The image on the piece of paper is applied to the shirt using a heat press. This press combines pressure, high temperature and time to transfer the image on the paper into the shirt. The end result is a breathable, flexible shirt with a vibrant image that won’t crack or peel off over time and won’t feel stiff or heavy while the garment is being worn.

Because the sublimation process dyes the image into shirt, the color of the shirt can affect the colors in the image.
We love sublimation! It is a method of applying a printed design to a garment. This involves a transfer process which uses heat and pressure to take the design from paper to the surface of the fabric – giving you total freedom over the design and colour of your kit!

Why Choose Sublimation?
Sublimation is great for a number of reasons: it is super versatile meaning you can have a design as wacky as you like, in any possible combination of colours. Sublimation also prints everything at once, including names, numbers and any logos meaning that you can add as many of these as you like without affecting the cost. Because the logos are transferred as part of the design, it keeps the garment light which is always a bonus and enables you to play to your best.

HIGH QUALITY INKJET PHOTO PAPER FOR CAR STICKERS

Car stickers, sticker is affixed to the cars, motorcycles and other vehicles, from the landscaping. Car stickers to be held April 20, 1887 in Paris, the world's first racing debut. Car sticker can be basically divided sports stickers, stickers and individuality refit stickers categories.

Car stickers the strong development stems from European, American and Japanese auto industry, the rise and popularity of the car gradually younger crowd and families personal, because the young personality traits and influenced by the style of racing, car stickers popular, gradually swept the world.

The car stickers must withstand wind and sun, car stickers must be waterproof, sunscreen, not without leaving glue and other durability features fade and tear after, so the current car stickers with stickers for the best choice, self-adhesive color and material made by a special process, at the factory with the highest color durability, while the other car stickers production methods such as printing, inkjet, pictures, screen printing process is used in the color ink printing or screen at the end of film on current scientific and technological means, there is no any pigment ink can withstand outdoor long wind and sun.
Inkjet photo paper is the best choice.

Photo paper is a category of inkjet paper designed specifically for reproduction of photographs, which is extremely bright white due to bleaching or substances such as titanium dioxide, and has been coated with a highly absorbent material that limits diffusion of the ink away from the point of contact. Highly refined clay is a common coating to prevent ink spread.
The best of these papers, with suitable pigment-based ink systems, can match or exceed the image quality and longevity of photographic gelatin-based silver halide continuous tone printing methods used for color photographs. For printing monochrome photographs, traditional silver-based papers are widely felt to retain some advantage over inkjet prints.
Photo paper is usually divided into glossy, semi-matte, semi-gloss, "satin" or "silk", and matte finishes. The thickness of photo paper varies over a wide range. The lighter weights are not much different from general-purpose office papers as described above, and can be used for all types of printing, although these are the least expensive lowest-quality photo paper.

Photo papers for more critical work are thicker and have advanced coatings, sometimes with quick-drying properties. They can normally be printed only on the one specially coated side. A few papers are coated for double-sided printing.
Glossy photo paper, which is generally the most popular, has a shiny finish that gives photos a vivid look. It will generally be smooth to the touch and will have some glare to it. Matte photo paper is less shiny and has less of a glare than glossy paper. It is often used to produce superior text results. Matte and glossy prints will typically feel different to the touch, but when displayed under glass their results will often look quite similar. To increase the resemblance to oil paintings, papers with an imitation canvas texture are available. Photo papers are usually high-brightness neutral white papers, but a few off-white papers are made.

As in offset lit ho printing and traditional photographic printing, glossy papers give the highest color density, and therefore the widest color gamut. Photo papers vary in their longevity and their color gamut. Ink suppliers often provide color profiles for their ink systems when used with specific papers. Longevity depends on the specific combination of inks and paper. For maximum life, the paper substrate will be "wood free" (i.e. wood-based but without lignin), or cotton-based, or a combination of the two. Plastic substrates also exist.

ALL OVER SUBLIMATED DRESSES ARE IN FASHION NOW

Dye sublimation is a process of printing to fabric (and other substances) that provides the best quality, most durable printing option.  In sublimation, the inks are fused into the fabric as opposed to sitting on top of the baric such as in inkjet or screen printing. The process not only gives fabrics a softer touch after the printing, but it is also very durable. The color remains strong in outdoor lighting and after extensive washing.

All Over Sublimated Dresses are in Fashion Now
Not too long ago – in the greater scheme of things – dresses and t-shirts fell into two very different realms and never the twain would meet. T-shirts could be printed (using sublimation dye processes, heat transfer, or screen printing), but the same was not true of dresses. Dresses, even casual ones, were usually made in solid colors, floral patterns, and other more conservative styles.
In the past decades, though, dresses have come a long way, and now all-over sublimated dresses – printed with the same technique that allows for bright, bold designs on t-shirts – are all the rage. We’re seeing sublimated dresses in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and styles, and we’re loving the way they look and feel.

Unlike some other printing techniques, sublimation printing permanently bonds the dyes of the design into the fabric of the shirt or dress. There’s no extra material and no plastic feel to the design. This makes it a great process for creating bright, bold designs for all kinds of dresses.
Sublimated Mini Dresses

We saw a lot of bright colored sublimated mini-dresses this summer, and though summer’s over, sublimation is not. One of the hottest looks this fall is a bright, warm print mini-dress over a pair of tights or thigh-high socks with a bolero or draped sweater.
Because sublimation printing works on a number of fabric types, it’s perfect for a lot of different dresses, too. You can wear a loose, slouchy t-shirt dress, a fitted tank dress, or a breezy silk, chiffon, or poly-blend dress that’s sublimated with your favorite floral pattern or an Ed Hardy inspired tattoo design. Sublimated minis look just as good with a pair of over-the-knee boots as they do with wedge sandals.

One sublimation dress can match perfectly

From Casual to Career
Now, you might think that all-over sublimated dresses are just for casual wear and not for your work wardrobe, but you’d be wrong. If you have a knee- or T-length dress in a sublimated pattern, you can pair it with a blazer and a pair of opaque tights in complementary colors. Add a pair of pumps with a low heel, and you have a fashionable, comfortable work ensemble.
The weather may be getting cooler, but your wardrobe can stay bright and vibrant with all-over sublimated dresses and the right accessories.

MAKE HEAT TRANSFER PRINTS FOR SKATEBOARDS WITH SUBLIMATION TRANSFER PAPER AND INK

A skateboard is a type of sports equipment used primarily for the activity of skateboarding. It usually consists of a specially designed maplewood board combined with a polyurethane coating used for making smoother slides and stronger durability.

Heat transfers allow skateboarders and skateboard retailers to design custom skateboards with a limitless number of colors. Since the equipment required for the heat transfer process is expensive, individuals and retailers typically design their own prints and outsource the printing to professional skateboard print services. To make heat transfer prints, create an image using graphic design software and send the image to a printing service.

Instructions:

Create a blank document in the graphic design program using the guidelines provided by the printing service. The guidelines might include a preferred resolution defined in dots per inch (DPI), the document size and the preferred color profile, such as RGB or CMYK. Alternatively, the printer might provide you with a template to use.
Draw or paste images into the blank document using the graphic design program's tools.
Add text to the design, if necessary, using a text tool.
Save the design in the printing service's preferred file format when you're done. Preferred formats might include PSD, AI, JPEG, PNG or TIFF files.
Send the design to the printer.
Put the printed paper on substrates, such as polyester and nylon fabric .
After offset printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed   surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.
Put both the paper and substrates on the heat press.
And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to  gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.
Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born.
Strong Point of Feiyue Sublimation Ink:

1) This sublimation ink is safe for the environment and has no harm to skin . It does not belong  to corrosives .
2) There is no accumulation of ink on the rolls and the number of machine washings is greatly reduced.
3) Black is very intense and gives good coverage without domination of the other colors .
4) With high printing performance and outcome .
5) Have no skinning within 36 hours
Tips & Warnings
If you're frequently creating large volumes of custom skateboards, investing in a dye sublimation printer, sublimation transfer paper, a heat press and heat-activated glue might save you money over time.
If you want to change the design on an existing skateboard, paint over the current design and use screen printing or stencils and paint to print the new design.
Some printing services allow you to upload designs through an online form, so you can save time.
Using copyrighted images or trademarks in a design is illegal and might prevent your design from being printed. Increasing the size of an image might result in pixelation.

CHINESE TRADITIONAL CULTURE---Dye Sublimation Printing for Dragon Boat Festival

Falling on the 5th day of the 5th month according to Chinese lunar calendar, the Dragon Boat Festival is one of great significance. It has been held annually for more than 2,000 years and is notable for its educational influence.

      Dragon Boat Festival

The festival commemorates the patriotic poet Qu Yuan (340-278 BC), and also acts as a chance for Chinese people to build their bodies and dispel diseases. Many legends circulate around the festival but the most popular is the legend of Qu Yuan.
Many traditional customs and activities are held on the specified day by people in China and even by some people in neighboring countries. Among these customs are dragon boat racing, eating zongzi, wearing a perfume pouch, tying five-color silk thread and hanging mug wort leaves and calamus.

Dragon boats are thus named because the fore and stern of the boat is in a shape of traditional Chinese dragon. A team of people works the oars in a bid to reach the destination before the other teams. One team member sits at the front of the boat beating a drum in order to maintain morale and ensure that the rowers keep in time with one another.
We can decorate dragon boat by ourselves with dye sublimation printing. The flags and T-shirts also can be produced by us.

Dye sublimation printers are known for their high quality photographic output. As the technology continues to be improved, dye sublimation printers are bringing cost-effective high quality digital printing into the mainstream.
Dye sublimation printing starts with films that contain dyes. This will either be a single four layered film with cyan, magenta, yellow, and gray pigments or four separate films for each color. Because the films contain the pigments, they will appear red, blue, green, and gray.

During the printing process, the films are placed on the paper and heated up by the print head. This will cause the pigments to leave the film and enter into the paper where it cools re-solidifies. This is the "sublimation" part. Sublimation means to heat something and turn it into a vapor, then to form it back into a solid. Because the pigments go from solid, to gas, and back to solid, there is little mess compared to ink.

There are two factors that contribute to the quality of dye sub printers. The first is continuous tone, and the other is in-dithered color.
The color produced by a dye-sub is the result of the mixing of pigments to get the actual color. This is in contrast to most other printing methods which use a tight group of colored dots which, when seen by the human eye from a distance, appear to be a color (a process known as "dithering"). Under magnification, the dots are clearly different colors, and when seen close up with the naked eye the picture appears grainy. Because only one color needs to be printed (instead of up to four), a dye sub can place more dots on a paper. It takes a 1200 dpi printer to get the resolution a 300 dpi dye-sub printer is capable of.
Another difference that helps is that because the color sublimes on the paper instead of being laid down as little dots, the edges of each pixel are blurred. This gives the impression of blending for a more natural appearance. Dots from an inkjet leave large white gaps in between pixels, giving the impression of a grain.

Since longevity is something we all want from our photographs, it's also comforting to know that because dyes sublimate into the paper instead of just being painted onto its surface, dye sub prints tend to resist fading and are often colorfast. Using special dyes and papers allow them to last even longer.

CHINESE TRADITIONAL CULTURE--- Sublimation Porcelain Plates with Combo Heat Press Machine

Chinese porcelain plates manufactured for the export market in the 18th and 19th centuries were hand painted, often in blue on a white base. The popularity of these intricately painted pieces was high in Europe, spurring the British to invent transfer ware. Scenes on Chinese porcelain plates ranged from images of nature to harbors to dragons, which sometimes snaked around a plate's rim as decorative motifs.

The first porcelain was produced in China during the Tang dynasty (608–906).
During the succeeding Song dynasty (960–1279), Chinese porcelain wares were in demand throughout eastern and western Asia. Over the next several centuries, the obsession with porcelain grew, stimulating not only mass exportation, but also experimentation both within and outside China. By the fourteenth century, when this plate was produced, Chinese artisans at the Jingdezhen kilns in Jiangxi Province had refined the formula for their famed white ceramics and started adding the blue decorations most frequently associated with “china” today.
With the development of technology, we can print our Chinese porcelain plates with sublimation transfer paper and machine. Feiyue can offer feature smooth surface finish and beautiful painted artwork in the middle which makes these highly suitable for use as decorative pieces at homes. As perfect choice for placing on mantle piece and adding rich decor value to the interiors, these are best liked for their soft, colorful looks as well as excusive textured finish. Suiting the tastes of one and all, the finish provided on these plates is designed using latest sublimation technique that is highly liked for its flawless finish quality.

Sublimation printing is used primarily for printing on ceramics. With this process it is possible to create dishwasher-safe high gloss cups and mugs with multicolored designs in quantities starting with one in an affordable manner.Transfer paper eliminates most of the problems that occur during normal printing. The above paragraph described the green output from the direct printing. If we had the same image printed on transfer paper sublimation, although it looked just as in Fig.1, but the
material is transferred continuous green space, plus abrasion resistant, abrasion and weathering.
Why? Sublimation ink in the press at a certain temperature begins to change its state gas and penetrates deep into the pores of the material, in addition, the gaseous mix creates a continuous surface colors (eliminating small mechanical printing errors) with sharp edges - gas is not melt.
The paper can be inserted into almost any shape thermal transfer press, so printing is not limited
in shape Suppression product (mugs, plates, textiles, films ..)
Combo heat press machine with plates is suitable for various DIY gift printing business. You can custom make more than 200 types of DIY gifts including the photo plates.

CHINESE TRADITIONAL CULTURE---Sublimation Transfer Paper for Chinese Fan

The fan, which is made of thin bamboo strips, thin silks, feathers, leaves of sunflowers, and papers, is a traditional Chinese handicraft used for cooling. Fans, for they can bring people cool, were called "Shelter from the Sun" in ancient China, and called "Cool Friends" by the literati. The craft work fans can be produced in a variety of types with graceful shapes and exquisite structures. China is always regarded as the kingdom of fans. In the history, fans made in China were sold to Japan and European and American countries, where Chinese fans exerted certain influences on the local fan-production and palace rites.

Fans, originally, were not used for cool, but for sheltering from the sun and keeping off sands for emperors during their outgoing inspections. To produce an exquisite fan, various artistic techniques should be integrated, including carving, weaving, knotting, calligraphy, painting, mounting, poker-work, jade article, lacquer work, embroidery, etc. Fans have many functions. Other than cooling in summer, they can act as tools during the artistic performance like pingtan (an art of Suzhou City), drama, dance and other folk arts. In the ancient times, dancers liked to hold fans while dancing, and the preference has been handed down until now. The fan dance has become a dancing art with distinctive Chinese characteristics.

However, we can DIY fan by ourselves with Feiyue paper. Sublimation, as a process is really very simple. It is the method of applying a dye printed image to a specially coated surface like ceramics, metals and polyester cloth, using three main ingredients: sublimation ink, transfer paper, heat and pressure.
Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic mugs, tiles, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. You must purchase these materials like mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the coating already on them, it is not something you can coat yourself.
With the development of “high speed” papers, manufacturers anticipate for the ever-increasing speed of the inkjet printers. These “high speed” papers, i.e. papers that dry considerably faster than the regular ones, meet the requirements of the latest generation of printers and even of tomorrow’s printers. It is especially noteworthy that the faster drying is not obtained at the expense of the transfer yield. Our paper fulfills the highest coloristic demands.
The fan consists of the surface cloth, 15 fan ribs and two straight fan handles, of which the surface is made of refined transfer print cloth.
Being made from bamboo, the fan is safe to environment, light, small and convenient to carry. In addition, both fan surface printable and can be custom made.
The fan is carefully made with the features of perfect hand fitting, deforming resistant, mildew free, water proof, moth proof and presentable.
Making  process:
1.Get images from digital camera, memory card or scanner.
2.Print image with heat transfer paper and sublimation ink
3.Stick the imaged paper on the bag surface.
4.Use the heat press machine to transfer the image onto bag.
